More often than not, those who talk the most have theleast to say. It?s one of my favorite idioms. I?m not sure who said it, but Iknow you?ve experienced it: parties, meetings, crowded airplanes, presidentialdebates. Too many people are simply clueless. Some talk too much and reallyhave nothing to say; others will try to berate you into submission. But, as Barry NeilKaufman once wrote, ?A loud voice cannot compete with a clear voice,even if it?s a whisper.?
